I am not rich by a long shot. Ever since Bush got into office I have never, in all my life, had so much work nor made so much money. I am happy.

LOL!!!!!!!! That IS funny. Hilarious in fact. WHAT will these clowns say when Bush voluntarily leaves office on Jan 20, 2009? Dictators DON'T DO THAT! You have to shoot them to remove them. Unless you invade and find them in a bunny hole like Saddam. :-)

She recently chose to quit her teaching job. She's having a hard time finding a similar position outside teaching. For some reason most employers aren't willing to pay you a starting salary of $45k for 32 hours a week for 36 weeks a year.
Gee, I can't understand that!

Er, being a former engineer, maybe I can. 60 hours was maybe an average, going up to 100 in crisis mode. JLA and mph, being lawyers, probably do. Don't know what you do, but if you get "32 hours a week for 36 weeks a year", I WANT TO!
