I'm sorry... I though I asked you 'what crime'? (I fail to see where you have listed one....) What you DID SAY: "The partisan Fitzgerald wanted to get the Whitehouse." Doesn't make too much SENSE. You are saying a rock-ribbed solid Republican is secretly out to SINK his own party's President. I don't buy it. (Now, if you'd just said that the guy is aggressive and on-the-make, like most prosecutors... well, I'd BUY that! After all, the vast majority of prosecutors, you hand 'em a hammer and everything looks like a nail to 'em. But PARTISAN against Republicans? This guy? No way.)
