ahhh the fabled Mishibishu.. Noranda and Cominco were in there in the early 80's to nineties and Cominco built one mine there, Noranda found much geochem success etc.. The gov cut the Pukaskwa off to the west with a big park and interest in the area faded. It is a gold fertile zone however, and it grades into the Wawa camp to the east where Pele and Patricia play.

It is an area where one can have success with long zones of mineralization. Grades are medium usually.

Terex Resources Inc. TRR/TSX announces that the initial phase of a planned 5,000 metre drilling program commenced in late August on the Company's three contiguous Mishibishu properties located about 50 km west of Wawa, Ontario and about 80 km southeast of the Hemlo gold camp.
