If the GOP has a fundraising edge it's because of corruption, that is way too much corporate money paying for smear campaigns, bribed congressmen, etc. It's part of the reason your energy and health care costs have doubled, manufacturing jobs are hemmoraging and that we are running trillions in new deficits. Those industries which have gouged the most under Bush are no doubt sending money to try and save their windfall profits. But it won't work. Kerry outraised the GOP in 2004 in six short months. And I have not heard about any problems for the democrats raising money. Your 5-1 edge is BS.
