Interesting company. Certainly the financials are attractive, but the fly in the ointment was the following paragraph in the press release.

"With expenses overrunning defense appropriations in the support of the wars against terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan, spending on information technology (IT) has been significantly curtailed resulting in delays and postponement of purchases of InfoWorkSpace (IWS) licenses, services programs, and development contracts."

When your number one customer isn't buying, you're dead in the water. This software seems particularly suited for the military. However, I don't see expense issue changing anytime soon.

IMO, micro-cap software companies need alliances with large-caps (IBM, Accenture) to push their product. I believe it won't be easy for a small sales force to find corporate clients to pick up the slack.
