Well I have a brand new airconditioner in 1 room, I used it 14 days this year. I have been building and rebuilding mountain bikes for 20 years, I still have my first one, as well as a new one I bought because parts were getting hard to find. All together I have 5 bikes. I live in a 1922 Craftsman House, with original furniture, and oriental carpets that were hand woven. Unlike most people I do most of my pruning and cutting trees by hand. I do have an electric chain saw to drop them but that is as much for safely as anything else.
