The mineral leases I have seen only have provisions for cancellation if they don't develop it within a certain period of time. Some are even written so that they get automatically renewed if certain conditions are met. Which makes sense because the leasee is making a substantial investment if they develop a lease and having it cancelled on a whim is a bad thing.

I know that reality is a real challenge for you, but why not give it a shot?

I realize that you, as a fascist, have trouble with the concept that the law applies equally to all. But, that is the way it is. Or, at least, supposed to be. I suppose it is different in Maryland.
