RtS,

Thanks for your insights and links. Interesting reading. Although I do try to follow overall economic cycle and it's relation to the markets, I generally don't try to time the market. That is I don't shift majority resources to cash/bonds. I do try to time based on market segment rotation or within segments which of course is somewhat related but often on a smaller scale for example cyclicality in semi-cap equipment has been my past favorite. I'm not sure if this is a good thing that I don't try to time the overall market, but whenever I've tried in the past I haven't had much success (missed rallies etc). My general thought is there are stocks that will outperform in ALMOST any market it just gets much harder to identify them sometimes. The only time i tend to increase cash is when I can't find the right fundamental values (either to busy or they don't exist) or I'm trying to time the semi-caps and leaving powder try as it is often tricky to do so I tend to buy a couple times on the way down. Thanks again for your thoughts.
