So you're saying Clinton was responsible for the Tech Bubble?

Greenspan was the guy that let that thing get out of hand and Bush kept him on ANYWAY.

Do you think Clinton should have spoken from the Oval Office and said, "Ah think the P.E.s are WAY too high on these technology stocks and everybody should consider getting out immediately." LOL...gimmee a break...
