Sorry Lizzie, you lose. If you're so clueless that you don't know CD drives can't read DVDs, then you have no business being anywhere near a tech company. Of course, people like you somehow end up in Human Resources, scanning resumes looking for buzzwords and 30 years of Java experience. Thanks for reinforcing the stereotype that every engineer has of every upper management type. You're the reason people start their own companies- to get away from clueless hacks like you. ------------- But, as your post illustrates, there was and continues to be a huge chasm between what technical accomplishments exist for technical accomplishment's SAKE (iow completely useless crap, much of which you seem to be keenly aware of) vs. technical accomplishments that can actually be used to propel your economy forward.
