Excluding meandering, semi-retired millionaire/day-flippers, if someone has waited to this late date to collect some SLJB, the apparent "..coiled spring.." effect would suggest appying at least 1/2 of one's budget at the Open. If they are a boderline skeptic, they could gamble at doing a little averaging during the day with the other half. I think 'atm' is out negotiating with his favorite Pawn Broker for extra glomming bucks for tomorrow morning..!! Ha ha ha.... John :-) .
