Bushies manipulate the price of energy any time they want, mainly for greed but sometimes for political cover, and they have been doing it ever since the day after Bush-cheney were first nominated. At that time, Bush and Rove were deeply in bed with Enron. Their #1 ally. Enron has since been found GUILTY of massive gouging schemes, and setting a terrible example for the rest of industry in America. Bush lied about njot being Enron's boy. He was. Very much so.
