Yes, Carter was a great president. But unlucky. Nothing he got wrong though was deliberate or due even an ounce of corruption. He was very honest. He was a true Christian unlike these Bushies. And he was a really good role model for the South. Ralph Reed is not. Ralph recently got caught taking millions from Abramoff for a crooked gambling deal. Carter's clean renewable energy propgrasm would have had us off Arab oil by now. Reagan scrapped 100% of it and didn't replace it with anything.
