15 stories ahead of the collapse. There were windows breaking from overpressure ahead of the collapse, but from the videos it was a few with small jets of smoke getting pushed out. Nobody says that some kind of concrete crushing overpressure was involved in those. The concrete crushing force occurred as the increasing load of debris crashed into each sucessive floor. There wouldn't be any air pressure 15 floors down out the windows if the floors were still in tact. The air that is being squeezed out of pancaking floors had to go somewhere. It would go down elevator shafts, stairs and maintenance access conduits until it built to the point where it would break a window or two - the weakest link would fail. The pressure would start building again once the collapse progressed and pressure went back up. TP
