Agreed 100%, Eric. Hydrogen power certainly isn't a long term fuel source for automobiles.

But I don't think electricity is, either. You're either burning coal for that fuel or you're burning natural gas.

There will be some sort of technological shift, to be sure. My guess is that the technology that takes the gasoline engine probably hasn't been invented yet. But it will. And it will have nothing to do with our current gasoline engines or our current electric engines.
