You know, as a "fix" towards the moderation problem as you see it, how does this strike you: leave thread moderation intact for all other threads, disable moderation for penny threads, since they are most prone to financial manipulation? Just an opening idea ... I'm sure it needs some refinement. I like it! Of course the problem would still remain, with threads like this: Subject 55842 Not sure how to fix that problem, without eliminating moderators on threads like that as well.
