"What do we expect to see them do once they have served their time?" Like anybody, they return to what they know. Be it gangs, crime, or whatever, they extend the culture they know to where they are. I live in a very rural area. Lots of local ranches are being turned into subdivisions, and are being populated by more urban people. Some of those subdivisions are causing our County Commission to tear their hair out. They actually want to be able to drive to town when the roads are muddy! What fools! Some are even putting up yard lights, fer chrissake! They want to bring their culture with them.
