Very good. I agree with most of that. There have been lots of Churches burned here in the USA (Not by Muslims) but I wouldn't use that as a comparison. Comparing how the Christians do or don't get along among and betwixt groups, and the history of violence behind all that, is also not relevant except for those wanting to argue the ole 'my religion is better'n yours' thing. ... Which really is a separate argument and not one that this thread was created to handle. The issue here is how do we get control of the problems being caused by radical extremists who are violently anti-everything that they weren't taught to be the path to salvation in their village or Madrassa. Comparing the texts in the Quran with the Texts in the Bible, or your community with one that has lived under brutal tyranny for generations, can certainly make anyone of us feel grateful for the circumstance we have here but does not get us closer to understanding the civilized solutions to the above problem... unless destroy everything and everyone who isn't willing to be like us is a solution (that's what they are saying, btw).
