Yeah.. it's been pretty tough to kick the habit.. Had previous tried last year when I was in Iraq, but that wasn't going to happen, given the environment I was in, and the fact that many of my friends there were smokers.

The sad thing is that I've always admitted it was a dirty F***ing habit, but the psychological addiction was just too great...

So now I'm sitting here feeling like my lungs are being ripped out as I cough up all that crap I've accumulated..

It's either that or I no longer have the "protection" of all that tar and smoke in my lungs killing bacteria....

One thing though.. with a few exceptions, I've been doing pretty well about exercising and watching what I eat.. Don't need to gain any weight from all of this.. ;0)

Good for you! I recently celebrated my 25th year smoke free. I think tobacco companies are some of the most evil on the face of the earth, no better than the cocaine cartels.
