Thanks for your good wishes. As it happened, I was in Los Angeles for what I thought would be a quick visit when I was diagnosed. So I'm back here for at least six months, and being treated at Cedars Sinai.

FYI, the prognosis is good. I anticipate a full recovery.

PS: I'm sure "educating" is too strong a word. In order to learn, we must be able to admit that we don't already know everything.
