2006-09-18 09:49 ET - News Release

Mr. Bradley Jones reports

STEALTH REACQUIRES 100% INTEREST IN ITS TOODOGGONE PROPERTIES

Stealth Minerals Ltd. has exercised its right of first refusal to reacquire a 100-per-cent interest in its Toodoggone properties. The property agreement between Placer Dome Canada and Stealth was effective Nov. 10, 2005. Subsequently Placer Dome Canada was acquired by Barrick Gold which sold Placer Dome Canada to Goldcorp Inc., together with its interest in Stealth's Toodoggone properties in north-central British Columbia.

A $500,000 cash payment has been made to Goldcorp by Stealth. Goldcorp has no further rights to Stealth's Toodoggone properties.

Hi TSL,

What did you think of the POM NR on Friday? Got a lot of rail cars and a spur. Big thing IMO is the other 6,000 acres by the tailings dump. Will help immensely with the permits I think.
