LIAR. CLinton never said he was offered Osama. Clinton said he could not have arrested him in the mid 90's because at that time they did not have any solid evidence to convict him. I defy you to come up with the quote where Clinton says Osama was offered to him by Sudan. I have heard Sandy Berger categorically deny that they ever heard of such an offer. In fact an investigation determined that any such offer was low level, not credible and never reached DC. If it had been a real offer a call could have been made to the White House. No calls were ever made, and no discussion outside the Horn Of Africa.
