Once again, as you pointed out, there is a mention of audited financials to be posted on their website, when completed. Nothing about becoming a reporting company, in the SEC sense of the word.

Has there ever been a case of shareholders electing a CEO? Been searching for quite some time, can't find one. Not a surprise, the idea seems absolutely whacked to me. I mean, WTF do shareholders ever know about who would be the best CEO? What is this, the pinks market or a budding democracy? They gonna apply for statehood next, or what?
