Apparently you haven't tried to sell a house lately. The real estate bubble imploding, not just popping could make the tech crash look like "good times".

I agree that Greenspan fueled the market with a flood of cash helping "dramatically" to create that stock bubble. He did pretty much the same thing after 9/11 by not only pumping in liquidity but also dropping interest rates to 50 year lows, which created the real estate "bubble" that we're NOW in.

Our economy has been pretty much fueled by that real estate bubble. When it crashes that 4.7% unemployment rate will be a thing of the past.
