Yes, the Crusades were evil, stupid and an insult to Christ's teachings. WHo cares about a symbolic place? All religions who fight over a so-called "holy land" are insane. In all probability, those holy places are just fabrications anyway, like the shroud of Turin or whatever. And did we ever respect the Native Americans holy lands? Or anyone else's? Never. I can understand fighting to defend an ancestor's burial place or something, but 2000 years ago we actually don't know what really happened. 95% of it could be total myths. And you are willing to start total wars over myths? Legends? That's the kind of thing ignorant brainwashed jihadists think about, not civilized rational people. You're becoming not much better or more rational than one of them. You rightwingers are trying to drag the rest of us with you. But no thanks. If we folow you, the terrorists have won. If you want to commit fanatical suicide go ahead, but most of us that has nothing to do with christ, God or being a good person. Also, I noticve no Bushie leaders are sending their sons to war.
