... by number of nations or by number of people. In all cases, it remains true that Tibet was never a nation, and unless N.America can be justifiably vacated, same fate for Tibet. Facts are facts, and it is not a question of voting. Besides, in a global vote, what do you suppose the outcome would be on the issue of Tibet when it is paired with a resolution of equivalency regarding N.America ?
