nvs deadline to opt in is 30 days post approval. Milestones are roughly 40% approval milestones, 60% sales based. Sounds like an option to me. If I got it right. Which I can't say for sure. It is good to get the nvs name in there. And in the end if the data stinks, it doesn't matter who they partner with. If the data is strong and nvs thinks they can work with it, then they opt in and you can't do much better than nvs. So they say, nda filing to be expected around mid 07.
