all those explosives would have to be wired. That would be quite a task in and already constructed building where you want the wires to be hidden. And the 1000s of office workers, quite a few nosy busy bodies would be nosing arounds ever where and asking questions. 'What are those wires for' 'why do the wires all go to big satchels'
