Perhaps my memory is going but weren't the Soldiers involved with Abu Graib charged? As for the corporate torturers, perhaps we should wait and see what the lawsuits bring.

Unlike the Muslim controlled Abu Graib, which you simply ignore, there seems to be a movement to determine what went on, if it is against US not Iraqi Law (it probably is allowable under Iraqi law) and to bring the perpetrators to justice under US Law. But what if it wasn't illegal under Iraqi Law? What if this is acceptable to Iraqis? Then are we imposing our morals and ethics on Muslims? If it is acceptable under the laws of Iraq, then should we drop the charges and make it an "Oh Well"????
