From what I can recall Metalline has an agreement to use local
community water, which does not make use of their full allotment.

Also has wells of their own, now drilling for increased capacity
needed for full scale mining. The drilling is on their own prop.

Re drilling: Metalline had a drill consultant train their Mexican crew,
and that crew has trained another crew to take over the Termite drill.
On a recent trip back to oversee the drilling
proficiency the consultant said drilling was first rate, and
drills will be kept running full bore.

A big plus to have your own drills and operators.
