This was a really weak review; it can't be used to extrapolate comparisons with future Intel products. See these comments and explanations about why the review isn't useful: blogs.smugmug.com In particular, the test did not use Solaris on the SPARC-based Niagara, or configure Apache to leverage the hardware. Ubuntu may at some point get good performance on SPARC, but it's only recently been available and isn't optimized for Niagara.
