Wow that was kind of rough. However, it seems like a legitimate question. I don't see it as a personal attack and I believe Catholics can explain the three as One idea.

I've heard it explained sensibly by some and I've seen others spill their coffee over it.

It is called the Trinity. Mainstream Christian religions believe in the Trinity.
