Peter, Our family company, had a CPA do the balance sheets, and tax returns, who had been an IRS accountant for about 10 years before he went out on his own. We had two audits, and in both, we got a walk. Before the first audit, he told me to leave them something to question, because they needed to have a feather in their hat before they made their report.
