To what would you ascribe the main reason(s) for disparity between populations? Would you say it was agriculture/resources, native abilities, social inhomogeneity, trade advantages, corruption, (see s.i.), lack of leadership, incohesive and non representational political structure, or other? Many have tried to explain it by pointing out geographical disadvantages, others say it has more to do with social constructs, still others supposedly discredited say there is a basic difference in populations. In your answer emphasize glibness, and deference to other's opinions.
