It is my understanding that the spot market for gold re-opens after the Friday close at approx. 9:00 a.m. Zulu time on Sundays . Here in Canada my usual gold quote sites appear to acknowledge that but it seems that they don't go live or real time quote for many hrs. later.
Is there a gold quote site that does fire up at that 9:00 a.m. Sunday time (perhaps in the UK or elsewhere)?
