re: I don't have any faith in this research firm. They have been way off the mark in the past. I don't like this Castellano at all. For whatever reason he's always pro Nikon and contra ASML. I don't know why. Maybe Nikon is paying for his research. And definitly he's been wrong the last couple of years with his predictions about the chipsector. Besides that, the immersion machine Nikon delivered to Toshiba last January didn't produce one single wafer yet due to alignment problems. Niek
