Rove did leak Plame's name. Absolutely. And lied about it. So did Libby and Cheney knew about it and ordered it. Bush condoned it too. The whole gang lied about it and stonewalled the investigation for two years. But none of us know what Fitzgerald is really doing, including Rove's lawyer. Frankly, I think they got to Fitzgerald because Rove was clearly on record as lying to federal investigators. So why did they let him off? Did they really believe his "I forgot" excuse? That was very lame. Before this is all over, Karl Rove may be and should be in prison, and not just for outing a CIA agent during war-time, but much bigger offenses against the American democracy.
