Quit posting disinformation linking Chavez to Al Qaida. That's just far right smear campaign garbage. If Chavez did that, especially right after 9-11, he'd be declaring war on the US. In fact, the only country to really give Al Qaida money is Saudi Arabia, which is the one country Bush cares about more than the USA. We know Bushies depend on scaring people with blown-up boogey men but Chavez is no physical threat to the US. He could easily be reasoned with by an administration with common sense and no strong ties to big oil. Bushies whole hatred of Chavez stems from his opposition to big US oil coimpanies getting good deals on Venezuelan oil. The US deals with all kinds of dictators who are much worse than Chavez, if he is in fact a dictator at all. He was elected after all. And if he cheated in that election, remember so did Bush. Twice.
