Nice day I guess, with some impressive vol. too. John "The Nasdaq Telecommunications Index gained 0.8% to 204.3 points to start the session. In the equipment sector, Sonus (SONS : sonus networks jumped as much as 6%. The company supplies equipment to help communications carriers to deliver Internet-phone and related services. In a report issued Tuesday, the brokerage Brean Murray Carret & Co. said the company's prospects look good and that it should grow faster than the overall market, better than "20% to 25%."
