Umm, MPAQU not really a gift as it contains only warrants and a skinny cat, the MPAQ common stock. The class B stock has rights to the trust fund. The Unit is the sum of the parts: 2* MPAQ + 5* Class W and Class Z each. Today this equals 2* 1.50 + 5*0.17 + 5*0.21 = 4.9

The Amaranth implosion might have a chilling effect on some of the 52 companies, including 11 that I have not yet profiled on the thread, that are currently in registration with the SEC.
