TJ, Although each person has rights to her/is own opinions, it sometimes seems so amazing, or even a little frustrating. However, the discussion was very civil and constructive, IMHHO. Paulson, he does know better, and so he may be fired soon enough :0) Hmm! That would be an omen for what is so dire to come on this planet. He was put in there as a direct staff, I conjure, instead of having being brought in by the White House. So your proposal turning true would be expressing the change of the dynamics of the direction of the powers. His being there is indicative of the emergence of the de facto reserve currency of US FRN$ is in need of being changed. I thought the powers put him in there for executing an orderly change of such. The recent Au/Ag and FRN$ reactions could be interpreted as putting Au/Ag into hands of US treasury holders while some parties, say US (including Japan which is an ATM of USA since being conquered after WWII) and GB, have created a great deal of liquidity buying FRN$ denominated assets. Thus, an abrupt change of such is no good for almost every party involved, and that is almost of, if not indeed, the whole world. Cheers!
