The sad fact is a significant swath of the American public is OK with all this. And an even larger swath has been played like rubes at a carnival by Rove and the rest of the strategists. With such predictably abject stupidity on the part of so many American voters, who really needs jiggered up electronic voting machines ? Every little bit helps I suppose.
