FDR vs Dubya - Economics

Bush took over as the economy was going down, and the economy has since recovered and done fairly well. I only give Bush a rather small amount of credit for that, but at least he didn't get in the way.

FDR took over with the economy in far worse shape, but than he added a ton of regulations, increased tax rates, and generally helped keep the economy in a depression for years.
