Prices for equities certainly have been trashed, but are we at the point where one should increase exposure?

There is a glut of ng in storage, there is a glut of heating oil in storage, we have forecasts for a mild start to Winter in Q4.

Does OPEC want to take some pain now to maybe help scare some rigs and services loose from outside of OPEC. Also to deter future competition. Or is OPEC going to be real late to cutting back on production lulled into inactivity with so much $$$ from the last few good years.

Perhaps the traders want to push hard and test OPEC's willingness to cut back.

By the way, how many fund managers were buying energy because production was maxed and OPEC would not need to manage the low end of the price band.

We have many more injections to be reported before the first draw and we have not seen a respectable oil report in some time.
