Iwannaride0, an earlier post here mentioned the fact PLNI was selling for less than par value, which I thought was a curious oddity and decided to research further. What I cited was something from the Motley Fool, so there is your "documented" source (aside from the PLNI filings that "document" the par value of .001). If you think the Motley Fool is incorrect, feel free to document otherwise. - Jeff P.S. No, I don't consider myself a "savior".
