meanwhile Katrina victims still wait on Bush's empty promises, on monies that Bush cronies have redirected from the poor to themselves. Chavez has the humanitarian high road over Bush.

Venezuela is loaded with oil money, no way they should be poor. But the reason is that all new world countries founded by the spanish are poor vs the ones founded by the English, why? Because of how both countries viewed property rights in the 1500s
