Nope that looks like a blown core to me.

Is there anything that would not look like an explosion to you?

Do you still maintain the core was blown up first and then the rest of the building?

It's not particularly hot and it's not smoking. It's dust that you are seeing. Dust from concrete and sheet rock. When it falls, that's all that's left in the picture.
