Well, it is a great tourist destination, and the US has hordes of Cuban refugees who would love to go home and visit, some might stay but most would not. In return many cuban Tourists once things start to move would be able to go to the US. Those tourists would demand more and better everything, and in order to get their money Cuba would start to move forward. the trade in new cars alone would help the US Economy, what has the US accomplished in the last 25 years by avoiding Cuba? NOTHING.....
