Ichy, Castro has been running a slave-pen in Cuba for 50 years.


And he would already be gone without the restrictions, and that is my point. There comes a time when the present policy becomes old and outdated. Sometime between Kennedy and now, some relations with Cuba should have been re-established, and just like Russia Castro could have been beaten, or re-invented.
