I was just making a broader point about the endless amounts of commentary I read and listen to about Islam-West issues. All have an implicit or explicit policy package list to fix what they see is wrong. But the policy world isn't that neat, IMHO. It's more like the Lennon quote that life is what happens while you are sitting around trying to figure out what to do. Maybe I have just overdosed on the rhetorical flood about Islamic issues. It is getting to the point where Sunday morning is the only time NPR isn't running something on ME issues, since Lake Woebegon is thankfully in Minnesota and not Morocco. ;<)
